All sales are final
Because of the intimate, hygienic, and personal nature of the products we sell, we are
unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or unsealed items under any
circumstances. This is a health and safety standard shared across the industry, and it
protects every customer. Please choose carefully and review product details before ordering.
The exceptions we do cover
We stand behind what we send. We will make it right in these specific situations:
- Manufacturer defects. If an item arrives defective or stops working
due to a manufacturing fault, you’re covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Report it to
us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description
(photos or video help) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. - Wrong item shipped. If you received something different from what you
ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll correct it at
no cost to you. - Damaged in transit. If your order arrives physically damaged, report
it within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. - Refused or returned-to-sender packages. Handled case by case; contact
us to arrange reshipment or a refund less shipping.
How to start a claim
Email support@silkconquest.com with your order
number and details. Do not ship anything back until we’ve confirmed and given you
instructions — unauthorized returns can’t be processed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business
days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet been
submitted for fulfillment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel and we’ll do our
best to catch it.
