Shipping Policy

Discreet packaging, always

Your privacy is the priority. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer with
nothing on the outside but a shipping label. There is no mention of Bloom & Ember, the
products inside, or anything of an adult nature anywhere on the package. The return address
is generic.

Discreet billing

Charges on your statement appear under a neutral descriptor, not the store name or any
product description.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed
before 1:00 PM EST with an expedited (overnight or 2-day) method are typically shipped the
same business day. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and method selected at
checkout.

Carriers & methods

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Available methods and live rates are
shown at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Orders over
$50 ship free.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also find it in
your account under Order History.

Shipping accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders
delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us
as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the
carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.
